I love pancakes and I'm always experimenting with ingredients. Saying that, this recipe is definitely on the top of my list of favourites. Not only are these pancakes low in carbs, high in protein, and absolutely delicious, but they are also very easy to make and only require 3 ingredients. Amazing, right? I know. I hope you enjoy them as much as I do.
4 egg whites
Half a banana
1 scoop of protein powder (I used PHD Diet Whey Belgian Chocolate)
1) Blend all the ingredients into a blender and blend
2) heat a nonstick pan over medium heat and pour a ladle of the pancake mix into the pan. cook for 1-2 min. on each side, depending on how thick your pancakes are.
